- Help > Install New Software > Add
- Put this link in: http://download.eclipse.org/releases/galileo/
- Search for "WST" and then install

ADT Installation Problem in (K)ubuntu
If you hit the following errors when installing ADT to Eclipse (Galileo), you need to install the WST to Eclipse first
